TEXTING AND TALKING IN A MOVIE THEATRE IS RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND DISRUPTIVE.
RECORDING AUDIO AND VIDEO IS A STATE AND FEDERAL OFFENSE. IF CAUGHT YOU CAN BE FINED AND IMPRISONED! LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS CANNOT TELL IF YOU ARE JUST BEING RUDE OR ARE BREAKING THE LAW. PLEASE TURN OFF YOUR CELL PHONES.

DUE TO THE RECENT FEDERAL MANDATE FROM THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENT AND CONGRESS, LINWAY CINEMA WILL REQUIRE A PHOTO I.D. TO GAIN ENTRY INTO AN R-RATED MOVIE. ANYONE UNDER 17 WILL NEED TO HAVE A PARENT OR ADULT GUARDIAN AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE WITH PHOTO I.D. IN ATTENDANCE WITH THEM TO VIEW AN R-RATED MOVIE!

Please do NOT bring outside concessions to the Cinema!

Please be considerate of our liability concerning prepared food, bottles, and cans.

Maintenance and liability together limit both the amount and the types of personal property that we can allow a client to bring into the building. Any type of recording equipment is banned from the cinemas due to contractual arrangements with film companies and copyright laws. Noise producing toys and games are also prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse any individual access to the cinema, should we determine that entry may inconvenience any other customer. If you are not sure… ask. By asking one of our staff first you can avoid a potentially embarrassing situation and can enjoy the film!

PLEASE BE PATIENT, IN ORDER TO KEEP TICKET PRICES DOWN WE HIRE ALOT OF TEENAGE HELP THAT IS INEXPERIENCED AND THAT COMES WITH SOME BURDEN ON OUR CUSTOMERS. PLEASE BE ASSURED THERE IS ALWAYS AN ADULT MANAGER AND SECURITY PROFESSIONAL ON HAND IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY, IF THERE IS AN EQUIPMENT MALFUNCTION YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO FIND A MANAGER TO COMPLAIN TO BECAUSE THEY ARE ALREADY ATTENDING TO THE PROBLEM OR ON THE PHONE TO EMERGENCY PERSONNEL. AND SOME DAYS WHILE CLEANING UP AFTER A SICK PATRON OR CALLING FOR AN AMBULANCE FOR THE ELDERLY PERSON THAT ISN’T FEELING WELL, THE FILM OR SOUND SYSTEM FAILS AND WE HAVE TO PRIORITIZE OUR RESPONSE…AND WE KNOW ALL TOO WELL THAT WHILE IT IS ONLY A MOVIE. IT IS ALSO YOUR NIGHT OUT AND YOUR ESCAPE FROM THE STRESSES OF THE WEEK. PLEASE LET US KNOW HOW WE CAN SERVE YOU BETTER. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM CONTACT AN USHER IMMEDIATELY OR TALK TO A CASHIER IF THE MANAGER IS NOT AVAILABLE HE MAY BE WORKING ON THE PROBLEM OR ON ANOTHER TASK.
